Wow, this workout packs a lot of into just 40 minutes! You start with a good warmup and stretch. Then you move into interval aerobics (intervals of high energy, high heartrate, followed by an active recovery and toning). The emphasis is on toning the lower body while providing a challenging aerobic workout. It ends with a great cooldown and stretch. The moves are not difficult -- just aerobically demanding. With Kathy are two people working at an advanced level and two people working at a beginning level. So it's easy to modify the routine to your fitness level. END
