Experienced excellent results following the Beta-Sitosterol supplement directions. Have started some friends/family on it as well. More people should trust natural sources over pharmaceutical and\or incorporate with prescriptions (which is what my friend is doing.

I do not like to take any medications and have discussed this with my MD. This book had information I could share with my doctor and work toward no medication. Thanks
