Editorial Reviews

Review

I had genetically high cholesterol My triglycerides are now in the high normal range. I'm glad I discovered your book. -- Charles A., Boston, MA

You've shown me a way to lower my cholesterol without taking drugs or changing my life. -- John F, Miami, FL

From the Publisher

This is a very factual book with endless scientific citations and references to published studies in medical journals. The author meant it to be this way so you would know the things you read in here are truthful, honest and accurate. No one has ever taken the last ten years of published research and condensed it down into a short easy to read and understand book like this. It delivers a compilation of over thirty supplements that are supposed to lower your cholesterol and triglycerides. Includes information on beta- sitosterol, guggul gum, flax oil, beta glucan and soy isoflavones recommended as the cornerstone of your cholesterol supplement program. The book also presents a review of how your basic hormones - estrogen, testosterone, pregnenolone, progesterone, and melatonin - affect your blood lipid levels and how to measure these at home.

Experienced excellent results following the Beta-Sitosterol supplement directions. Have started some friends/family on it as well. More people should trust natural sources over pharmaceutical and/or incorporate with prescriptions (which is what my friend is doing).

I do not like to take any medications and have discussed this with my MD. This book had information I could share with my doctor and work toward no medication. Thanks
