I love Lubriderm! This lotion is amazing. It softenes my cracked, dry hands without a greasy feel. I shave my head so it gets razor burn; after a moderate application of this miracle cream, my head is soft, smooth, and feels great! I tried so many other lotions out there (Vasaline, Nivea, and Clean and Clear to name a few) and NEVER came across a lotion that could hold a candle to this one. I have never broken out with pimples using this product and have even smothered my face in it after shaving hundreds of times.

Why so great?

-Calms cuts and extremely dry skin
-Unscented
-Dries fast
-Not greasy at ALL!

I bought this because it was free of basically everything you need to avoid putting on a new tattoo for aftercare and I fell in love with this lotion. Everything it says is true: "Clean non-greasy feel." And it is free of all things that irritate sore, cracked, dry skin as well as not hurt my newly tattoo'd skin. Highly recommended!

The other reviewer is correct. I'm glad I saved my receipt so I can take this back to the store.

According to the Cosmetics Database, this product and its variations are rated between a four and a seven on a scale of one to ten with ten being the most hazardous to your health. Apparently, there are ingredients in this skin care lotion that affect (and I quote) "developmental/reproductive toxicity;" "allergies/immunotoxicity" and a host of other areas of concern.

I agree with the other reviewer. Dump this product and get something more healthier for your dry skin.

A search just now of Cosmeticsdatabase seems to list this Amazon product or a similar product as "Moderately Hazardous": the listing at that dot-com is: "Lubriderm Sensitive Skin Therapy Moisturizing Lotion, Sensitive Dry Skin, Seriously Sensitive", which is highly similar to the title of the product being sold on this Amazon webpage.

In contrast, some other skin lotions being sold on Amazon seem better: they are listed in Cosmeticsdatabase as "Low Hazard".
(One should consider if Cosmeticsdatabase can be believed, but they do seem to have a lot of detail.)
