Alright, I'm 16, and I've read the whole Boyfriend/girlfriend series, except for "Aisha gets Hurt". And I love them all. "Lucas gets hurt" is full of twists, your always thinking something is gonna happen, then it turns out the other way, Alot of good and bad things happenen in this book. I'm trying not to give anything away. BUT if you've read this series you'll need to read this book.

Zoey's parents got separated, mainly because Mrs. Passmore was cheating with Jake's dad. Also, Benjamin and Zoey learn that they have a half sister. Zoey and Jake comfort each other, while Lucas and Claire become suspicious and go for a little drive. Hmmmm... Aisha tries desperatley to keep Christopher from ruining his life. Benjamin and Nina do detective work to track down Lara, his deranged half sister. TWO THUMBS UP!!! This is a definate Making Out classic.Next book: Aisha Goes Wild.

This storyline takes yet another interesting turn. Ben finds and meets Laura. Lucas' dirty little secret comes out. Between Lucas and her parents transgressions, Zoey is about to snap completely. Book 8 is going to be classic

This book was REALLY, REALLY GOOD. Couples break up, secrets come out and new characters are introduced (like Ben and Zoey's demented half sister Lara). Can Claire and Jake stay together? And what do Lucas and Claire get up to in her father's Mercedes? READ IT!!!!!!

This was an awesome book!! There were so many dilemma's. At the end Lucas seems like he is fighting for his life. Why? You'll just have to read the book but, I can tell you this much, you won't regret reading it (unless you haven't read the other 6). Katherine Applegate did an excellent job with this series. There are so many cliff hangers. I really suggest you read this series.

I've read all of the Making Out books so far and all of them are wonderful. Katherine Applegate is a terrific author, and I can't wait until the next one comes out!

I love the making out series and Ben's in love is my fave. but this is my second fave. Since Zoey's parents are getting a divorce and have a half sister things are confusing for her. but something happens between lucas and claire which i wasn't expecting. I think Nina and Benjamin make the cutest couple and i recommend Lucas gets hurt. I can't wait for the next book Aisha gets wild.

I Just Love Applegate. She is the best and the Making Out series is too awesome. I can't wiat to get the newest book. But they come out monthly and my friends in England are up to like thirty something. That is so unfair! In this book I can't wait to see what happens to Zoey and Lucas And Jake and Claire. I just hope that Claire doesn't get with Lucas it just wouldn't be fair for Claire to get him AGAIN!!! I just hope that Christopher also realizes that its wrong to get revenge no matter how sweet and everything works out for Zoey's parents. The only person who has their head on their shoulders is Benjamin and I'm starting to wonder what'll happen to him. E-mail me and we can discuss the upcoming books.

I love these books, and the way they make someone feel like they are that person, for even in the story lines.They always keep me thinking what's gonna happen next.And some times when the people in the book start to drive you up the wall because you dislike them so much! But I find most of the people in these books are put there for a reason. But these books make you feel,make you wonder. You began to think will this happen in my life? But the thing I can think of is that in the end Zoey will find the truth. And things might end up not so happly ever after. But these books got me hooked! So keep writing Katherine Applegate!

Hey. i've read this book. but i can't wait for it to come out so i can buy it.(i read it this past summer. ya know? from the boyfriends/girlfriends series that was published back in '92 or something around there.) i loved it. these book's are soo cool! they have real world type idea's and not everything ends up happy. i hope she writes more books with the making out series, (i've only seen 8 around and book number 8 kinda had an ending.) i like them a lot. i wanna see if anything else happens to the people on the island. Later!!
