These chocolate bars are perfection! I'm completely off of sugar but I still want to eat chocolate and these bars are above and beyond delicious. I honestly have no need to go back to regular chocolate. Thank you for making these amazing bars.

i wouldn't trust ANY of the 5 star reviews on here. I am a chocolate lover and these are simply unpalatable. I have better success mixing stevia with cocoa powder and coconut oil. There is a better product out there (chocoerfection) those are delish!

These tast really weird and bad. They are not sweet enough and have a bizarre after taste. I can't seem to get rid of the after taste. These are truly terrible.

This is a nice product and a high grade cocoa. I only have it 3 stars simply because I've found that its cheaper and easier for me to make my own. I buy unsweetened baking chocolate, melt it, add stevia, a pinch of salt, maybe some agave and pour it into molds or onto a cutting board, smooth it down and let it harden in the fridge/freezer.

I just bought and tried the Lucienne's 83% dark chocolate sweetened with stevia. It's not bad if you're looking for unsweetened chocolate, but I find it's a bit waxy in texture (I want to chew it more than let it melt--it doesn't melt well in the mouth). The flavor is OK, not as rich or smooth as I had hoped. It tastes like decent but not spectacular quality chocolate to me. I do like, however, that it's Rainforest Alliance Certified, so it's unlikely that there are any cheap ingredients here. (Incidentally, I'm a huge dark chocolate snob, and back when I was still eating sugar, I tried just about every brand imaginable. I'm partial to 70% cocoa or darker with NO lecithin and minimal ingredients--for example, one of my all-time fave chocolates is Michel Cluizel Chocolate Bars - Noir 72% (70 gram)). Anyway, this chocolate can't live up to that--although I wasn't expecting it to. I'm not complaining regarding the stevia flavor. I use stevia all the time and I'm used to it by now. It's just so-so chocolate. Not bad, not great, but still kind of a miracle if you're looking for something that's decent and sugar free.

As far as stevia sweetened chocolates go, I preferred the Dante Confections - 98% Cocoa Stevia Chocolate Bar: 8 Bars also found here on Amazon. The texture is much smoother and the flavor is deeply bittersweet. It seems like pretty top-shelf quality chocolate in terms of smoothness, taste and texture. I'm probably going to stick with that.

I cannot say I am some sort of dark chocolate aficionado, but I do love chocolate and as far as I am concerned this is by far the worst product I have ever bought. First the product looked discolored, like it had been on the shelf a long time. Second as others said this appears to be more like the chocolate that you would put in a sauce pan and melt not eat, in either case it is bitter dark chocolate, if there we Stevia in it, I could not detect it.

Overall as indicated in other reviews, the chocolate is hard, does not melt in mouth, it leaves a bitter taste in your mouth and after chewing, it taste like you were eating bitter cocoa powder. Make sure you have something to drink before you taste it, it will suck the moisture right out of you and a paper towel wouldn't hurt either.

If I could make this review a "0", I would. I am amazed that anyone would give this product a "good" review.

I can't believe we're talking about the same product. The bars were hard and waxy, never softening. The taste was bitter and somehow medicinal. I ended up throwing them away.

I'm really not a wasteful person and I like to give most things a chance, but these are horrible! I love the bitterness of dark chocolate but the only bitterness I taste is the stevia... I bought the 8 pack and ended throwing 4 + bars in the garbage as I couldn't bring myself to eat any more... Sorry guys, better off spending you're money on something else!
