However, these jeans, though labeled with my size, were obviously at LEAST two inches too long and too wide. They swallowed me whole and then some. I was very disappointed, since finding these jeans in my short/wide size is almost impossible in stores.
Also, I was alarmed by some of the differences in the lining fabric and labels on these jeans versus other Lucky brand jeans I own. Between those minor differences and the VERY obvious bad sizing, I'm concerned that these may be counterfeit jeans. It could just be Lucky having a bad day, but I've never had a fit problem with 361's before.
Bough these LB jeans from Amazon to supplement already owned two pairs that I have previously purchased at major retail store.
Turns out the ones from Amazon are too long and too wide.
Both pairs of LB 361 Vintage Straight jeans purchased earlier from retail store are shown on side by side pictures and are size 34/34 and fit perfect. That's why I wanted a third pair but the store was out of my size already.
The tags on two pairs from retail store show: Made in China, 99% cotton 1 % spandex.
Both pairs have similar finish (aside of denim color) and quality and you can tell they stretch a little, the finishing tags are good quality, well attached and of nice design.
The pair of LB 361 Vintage Straight Leg jeans I have just purchased from Amazon feels cheaper made (thinner denim) they also seem not to stretch similarly to the "old " ones.
The size tags say 34/34 (in reality I would say these are 36/36), Made in Haiti, and state 98% cotton and 2% elastine (spandex).
Also the finish on them is much different than expected and the finishing name tags are much different comparing to the old ones.
I have provided pictures so you can check yourselves the differences of the product tags one the pair received from Amazon and the two I have already owned for some time. These are supposed to be the same type Vintage 361's but surely they are not.
I am actually wondering if the pair I have received from Amazon is either from quite old production line or somehow a counterfeit?
The shipping process as usual was ok and the packaging as well. I only have issue with the product and will be returning it ASAP.
Hope this review helps someone.
I had a lucky pair years ago, and I like these.
Low waist. Not super-low, but definitely around an inch lower than Levi's 501s.
They are minority distressed, with a little artificial wear on the top, side, front, above the pocket.
Update: I ended up returning several pairs. Amazon was out of stock and was only able to send me one replacement pair and refunded me for the rest. The one replacement pair they sent me had a tear in the knee so I'm just giving up on this brand. The quality of these jeans is okay at best, and unfortunately they don't seem to manage to hit that mediocre standard very often. I wouldn't order them online again - it's like rolling the dice. and I would never pay full prices for them, that's just a scam. The quality is generally worse than some place like Old Navy, so why bother?

Used as replacements for similar pair. Sizes match up and fit no problem. I usually don't get clothes online due to the sizing issues people say they have. This gives me hope!Published 4 months ago by Ben
