These pants just arrived today; I immediately tried them on and loved them. The 25 is a perfect length for me at 5'4". They are a bit loose in the waist, but that's okay. They're very soft and easy to move around in. My one complaint would be that you can kind of see the outline of the front and back pockets but it's not too noticeable.
