I purchased this for my 7 year old son. I think it lives up to everything they promised with the improvements made. For our backyard use, it's perfect!

Lucky Bums Plastic snowboard slides very well. Our grandsons (ages 5-11) use it on a hilly backyard and have a ball.

We got 2 Snowboards for our boys for Christmas. What a Hit!! The stickers didn't fair so well. But the boards are Great!

Ok.. So I bought this snowboard for my son who is 12 and wanted to see if he would like snowboarding. He recieved this as a Christmas Gift and took it up on the hill to try it out. He came back 5 mins later upset and I asked him why thinking he had wiped out only to find out that he put it on and the binding clip "which was cheaply made" broke off. He didn't even get to try it. I guess you get what you pay for thank god for amazon's awesome return policy. This is not a good investment. My son doesn't weight much and it small for his age so his size shouldn't of been an issue. The board was solid but the binding are terrible.

I bought 2 of these for my children for Christmas. My children are 4 and 7. The binding broke the first time we put it on. It would not move down the hill. We put some wax and it helped a tiny bit but not much. I would not recommend this board. I know it is a toy but I thought it would be better after ready some reviews but was very disappointed.

The decorations started coming off after only a couple uses, and the foot straps are just snug enough to make it annoying to get your feet out. Otherwise it was fine, has the right amount of slide to it.

I purchased these for my twin 6 year old boys this season, and they have had a great time on the sledding hill. Their buddy ended up getting one as well since they had so much fun. A great introduction!

this has been a good starter for my 4yr old. gets him used to balancing while riding. the plastic is not very slick so speed is an issue. waxing the bottom with car wax has helped. keep in mind it is plastic and this is truley the first step to see if your child wants to deal with the pains of snowboarding.i would buy again

double check your child's snowboard needs....Purchased this for my 8 year old, way undersized. this mirrored an extra large skateboard. Very well built, some of the best bindings on the youth board market. Never got it on the snow, so no ride performance review....all in all if you have a taller child 8 and under this probably is not for you.

My son, who is 7, is enjoying his new snowboard. His younger brother received a less expensive snow board and the Lucky Bums board is much nicer and works much better. My son wears a size four boot and they are a little hard to fit into the binding. I do not think that you would be able to use this board if you wore boots that were any larger.
