Book Description

April 15, 2009
In Lucrative Love, Tom gives you the facts and guidance you need to marry the Joe or Jane Millionaire of your dreams. Using his many years of business knowledge, he approaches your marital and financial future as a business by teaching you: Where to meet Mr. or Ms. Moneybags and its not at a bar; how to leave the trailer park and Daisy Duke wardrobe behind; how insisting on a pre-nup can get you the lifestyle you really want; and how to deal with suspecting in-laws, bluebloods and the country club set. As you read through the pages in this book, you'll laugh, you'll cry, and then you'll say to yourself, Love, what was I thinking? Marrying for love puts you in the poor house, while marrying for money gets you a mansion in the hills and vacation home in Maui. Stop kidding yourself, and face reality. Someone's going to marry them, why cant it be you?

About the Author

A genuine St. Josephs, Missouri, born blueblood, Tom Feltenstein spent his teen years hobnobbing with the who's who from East Coast Aristocracy. He is a world recognized marketing strategist, speaker, and consultant to top corporations, Fortune 500 companies, and small businesses. He has been featured on CNN's Larry King Live, The David Letterman Show, Moneyline with Lou Dobbs, and Fox News and countless others for his marketing acumen and witty dose of Uncommon Wisdom. Tom became a millionaire after his first marriage (prior to this, he was a multimillionaire). Married twice, Tom has seen it all (well, most of it anyway) and lived a full life to tell it. A business strategist par excellence, in Lucrative Love, Tom takes you step by step and delineates the actions and tactics you need to take to find and marry your diamond. Tom has two wonderful grown children and lives in Palm Beach, Florida.

5.0 out of 5 stars Lucrative Love: The Insiders Secrets to Marrying Millions, May 16, 2009

Mr Feltenstein has hit the ball out of the park. It is obvious that his upbringing in the wealthy communitites of the East have taught him many valuable lessons that have been imparted to the reader in this easily read little ditty. It is filled with humor, information, and surgical like insight into what every spouse hunting individual should be aware of. I have given one to my divorced daughter. Do not enter unless you want your eyes opened.

5.0 out of 5 stars required reading, June 3, 2009
This review is from: Lucrative Love (Paperback)
A fun read that looks at a very serious subject with humor and a touch of irreverence. With that comes an outside the box view of a topic that is near and dear to almost everyone. Perhaps this should be a required reading prior to entering a relationship! This is a must read for anyone interested in marriage! Tom, we need a sequel.

4.0 out of 5 stars The Gold Diggers Bible, May 13, 2009
This review is from: Lucrative Love (Paperback)
Lots of humor and lots of truth to this LOL expose on the subtleties of love. Perfect for today's Bailout Bonanza economy, it explores the fine art of finding Mr. or Ms. Right On The Money. Especially loved the chapter dealing with "Stalking Your Prey" where the author playfully talks about being in the right place at the right time. Still believe that marriage is best suited for those who seek a soulmate rather than a checkmate, but for some, I guess it's all just a numbers game.
