My son has hauled this to school and back once a week for 5 months now (and it's survived!). Everything is nice and sturdy, except the music holder that's included - that's pretty much useless. The only way this set would have been better is if the mallets it comes with had rubber tips. The hard plastic ones are VERY loud, especially when played by a frustrated beginner.

I ordered these bells to use in a small music group, and thought their tone was too bright for our little combo. I returned the bells, with no problems. The seller was more than gracious and even suggested a solution for me, which was buying on eBay a (very well used) marching band glockenspiel with a much mellower tone.

Smae instrument that the local music store was selling to the kids for $100 less. If parents do a little research, they can save some money by buying this. We are very pleased with aftersales support we received. Excellent customer service.
