This is **not** "Re-Flex". It is an electronica band called "Reflex". The difference is subtle in print, but this is not the band that you might be expecting. It should actually be cataloged differently. This release is not related to those who recorded "The Politics of Dancing".

Re-Flex's music today seems to have gone in a totally different direction from the music they recorded yesteryear. I own their cd "Politics of Dancing" and is one of my favorite albums of all time, with songs such as "Politics of Dancing" and "Keep in Touch", these musicians knew how to make you dance and appreciate good New Wave in the 80's. But, this new song "Lui" is so much different from their past sound, it goes more in the direction of Electronica Pop (think Eiffel 65). The cd contains one song ("Lui") with 4 major mixes and two radio mixes. I do like the song but pretty much all the mixes sound alike with the exception of the Radical Mix. If you like the sound of Electronica Pop then this cd single is for you, but if your a real Re-Flex fan don't expect their signature New Wave sound. Speaking of New Wave, if you like this genre or even Alternative, make sure you check out the rare cd's Amazon.com has to offer, because they specialize in rarities such as; 'Classic Alternatives' and 'Hardest Hits' to name a few. Re-Flex is one of the groups that is so hard to find in your specialty cd stores along with the titles I mentioned above and Amazon.com came to the rescue, Thanks Amazon.com.
