Worthy of repeated listening, August 5, 2010

I enjoy this CD immensely. The music is beautiful baroque, with intertwining ensemble parts that the artists and the singer perform with engaging sensitivity. The instruments all have wonderful timbre, and Sophie Karthauser's performance is simply outstanding (try sampling track 13 or 14). The audio quality is top-notch (a bit more depth could have been used).
