The product dimension is listed completely wrong. The glass is about 4 1/2 inches tall, bottom is about 2 1/2 inches wide and mouth is about 3 1/4 inches wide. It is taller and slimmer than pictured. I guess because it is so light it felt a little like a clear acrylic cup instead of glass. If you use this for a 2 cup coffee from a senseo machine, you coffee will overflow because it is smaller inside. Overall, I was expecting a more elegant looking glass than it actually is. They are not worth the price listed. But since I got such a great deal buying 4 sets for the price of 1 set, I'm going to keep them.

Cons:
1. These are not pretty (at least to me). There is too much empty space along the base between the 2 glass walls. It looks weird. But I dont care, since I am more concerned about the functional aspects and the price. Pros: 1. They dont break when using hot water (170F) or cold water. Some of the other reviewer comments had me really worried. 2a. They do what they say.. hot drink dont feel hot, yet stay hot for longer. 2b. Cold drinks dont mist up the outside glass wall and stay colder for longer. 3. Very light. I hate heavy stuff, that why I'm a Corelle fan. Facts: 1. If you drop them.. they will break. They are fragile!! With great features comes great responsibility, so please be very careful. 2. They hold 10ounces of fluid which is as much liquid as a regular mug.

Don't buy this set if you want high quality latte glasses,
This review is from: Luigi Bormioli Duo 10-Ounce Coffee/Latte Glasses, Set of 4 (Kitchen)
This is my first time I have the motivation to write down product review since this product is totally disappointed and made by very poor quality. The first one is that the shape is terrible, not as described as the website pictures. When I saw these at first glance, I almost thought Amazon mails the wrong item. The second one is that these glass are pretty fragile so once you use hot water to clean these cups, they are broken easily. If you want to get high quality and stylish latte glasses, I will strong recommend Bodum. Do waste money on this set unless you can get over 80% discount.

I am very pleased with the insulated glass coffee glasses. They are light weight, a good size and they work well as insulated coffee cups. They are also good looking.

One cup is broken when I open the box, I don't know it's broken originally or during shipment.
Since it's cheap when I bought them, I don't want to spend effort and money to ship them back for a replacement. My girlfriend said the cup looks stupid and nurdy. I think it looks ok, it has double walls so that you won't feel hot when you holding it.

cheapest glasses ever. Weaker than paper,
This review is from: Luigi Bormioli Duo 10-Ounce Coffee/Latte Glasses, Set of 4 (Kitchen)
These glasses should be classified as health hazards. Simply knocking them on their sides breaks them--leaving sharp glass shards everywhere. One of my glasses also developed condensation between the layers. Save your money and buy some better made ones instead.
The other reviewer considers these to be "manly" glasses? What??? A Pyrex is manly. This is the flimsiest thing ever. What kind of manly anything breaks when knocked on it's side??? Does your hammer break when it's knocked over? NO... point made.

We bought several of these mugs for client/employee use at our office. They are very pretty and everyone looks so sophisticated carrying them around :) Coffee stays warmer and we have not had a problem with them breaking. I guess that is because they are GLASS and we are careful with glass objects. I'm very pleased.

Light and strong. If you know anything of glass, you will appreciate this cup. If not, you may think it is plastic. If you know anything about style, you will appreciate the ellegance of the design. These are excellent latte cups so do not be misled by those with no idea what a fine insulated latte cup these are.

I purchased the Duos "Coffee 10oz" with the intend of cutting my breakage costs with the Bodum Bistro Double-wall 10oz. I have broken (no we won't go there) a few Green Mountain "Bodum Logo Mugs" which I believe are the Bodum Bistro Double-wall 10oz. I like the Bodum and they fit my Tassimo machine perfectly and are the ideal size for things like Chai Tea and Cappuccino.
Along comes Duos with a Bodum like Bistro Double-wall 10oz at significantly lower cost than Bodum. Duos and Bodum have a different view of 10oz. Duos appears to be a little short of 10oz and Bodum is more generous. A Tassimo brewed Cappuccino will just fit in the Duos but the Chai Tea will not. If you're using the Tassimo machine be aware that the Duos mug is about 1/4 inch taller than the Bodum. That 1/4 inch translates into about 1/16 inch too tall for the Tassimo. That will force you to tip the Duos mug slightly to remove it from the machine cup stand or you can brew without the cup stand and clean up the spatter. If you're really careful, you can remove a cappuccino without any spillage but you will spill some Chai Tea while removing the mug and maybe even spill some from overflow before removal. There have been a few comments on the shape of the Duos - reality vs. illustration. I agree that there is a difference. The outside wall of the Duos is not as tapered as the illustration. It has only a very slight taper. One other observation - for what it's worth. Again for Tassimo users - you get a wider colour variation with a Tassimo brewed cappuccino in a Duos mug than in a Bodum mug - kind of like 4 bands vs 3 bands.

We were so excited getting these cups, a friend had them and we just knew they were going to be great, and until I washed them, they were. I washed all four in the same water, etc.. and one came up with soap bubbles and a fair amount of water inside the cup. My hubby looked further, and found the very bottom of the cup is "finished" right on the bottom, so there is a little dimple sort of. The one cup had a dimple that wasnt closed, so thats where the leak came from. I went to Amazon.com to see if there was a phone number to get one replaced...guess what? No phone number.. so I have to send them back, at my expense...not fair at all. They are willing to send me another set, but I have to pay for it both ways.. not right. There is no one to talk to, so I could explain what happened. Be careful, buy locally. I will from now on. Sorry Amazon, you should be willing to take care of your customers on the phone, if they have a problem. Customer service is a dying art.
