Luigi Bormioli has proven to me that they possess the exceptional quality of service that I would like to be able to expect from all vendors. When my product arrived broken from shipment, amazone.com would not replace it due to the fact that it was past their deadline. I contacted the Luigi Bormioli company and they were heappy to replace the broken glasses. When they arrived, however, they were the wrong glasses. I returned them to the company, along with the broken glasses I had received to be sure they sent the correct glasses. Again they happily sent new glasses and even included a few extra in case any broke in shipment again. I would highly recommend these glasses and this company!

This is a lovely glass, so lovely, in fact, that I ordered four more to replace some that have broken in use. I love the design so much that I am willing to put up with the frailty. However, one of the four glasses arrived chipped and the return policy states that I must return all four and pay shipping. I think not. I'll keep the three and look locally for another. The manufacturer's box is not sturdy enough for shipping and Amazon did not include any bubble wrap or peanuts for protection. Beware of this flaw in the return policy as it would cost more to ship all four back than the one glass is worth; and there is no guarantee that the future shipment would arrive in any better condition.

I ordered two boxes of these glasses. And I inspected them when I first opened the boxes, none of the glasses were cracked. But after light use, the glasses have started to show cracks where the glass begins to thin out at the top. They are beautiful looking but not durable.

Also doesn't handle thermal change well... if I could reduce this rating I would to a 2 star. I poured in some hot water and the entire glass shattered.

Twelve ounces is totally wrong. Isn't 12 oz the size of a can of coke? If it fits six oz, I'd be surprised. They are smaller than they appear from the photographs, and since the volume is so misleading, I thought they would be larger glasses. Wrong!
One glass out of the twelve (three boxes of four) I ordered on special was chipped. Another broke in the dishwasher. They are quite fragile.
The good points, not very heavy for glassware. They do sparkle. I like the square bottom to round top design.

I ordered 2 sets of the glasses as a gift. They were very nice .However--one of the glasses was broken in shipping and I really did not get any resolution on that isssue.

I got these glasses as a christmas gift and my husband loved them. They are nice and heavy. The package could have been better, but everything arrived in great shape.

These glasses are very nice. They are heavy, so you are not afraid when you put them on the counter that they will break. They look very nice in our new kitchen!

The glasses are very nice. Sturdy and weighty. Excellant for mixed adult beverages
