I did not find any tiny bubble in the glasses I received, but there was some variation in the black "swirl". I ordered two sets(total 8) of glasses and all but two glasses were very close in pattern. The two oddball glasses had a wider, almost foggy black line versus the crisp solid black line on the majority of the glasses. I have read this is common in reviews elsewhere, so be cautious on that. If they were all the same, I would have given 5 stars. The slight variations don't bother me too much and I still love the pattern and have the matching pitcher also.

These glasses are HUGE for wine, but as stated in another review are great for a variety of beverages. They go great with both my china and everyday Corelle plates. The glass is durable without being overly heavy and is very well balanced. I like that the glass are one piece instead of the attached stem you find in other glassware of similar cost. I find Luigi Bormioli glassware to be very high quality for the cost and have other pieces from that brand.

These are lovely - the swirled glass gives it that extra nice touch to a get-together. They are gigantic - 21 ounces!! This is awesome because I can use them for wine, but I can also use them for mixed drinks like Sangria or margaritas, etc. On a side note, I had two of them on the counter near the sink while I was washing dishes and my toddler reached his hand up to grab something else on the counter and knocked one of them over. It didn't break - I couldn't believe it. I have read other reviews on the Luigi Bormioli black swirl glassware products where a few folks have complained of tiny hard-to-see (but still there) bubbles, and yes there are a couple of them, but I have bought name-brand super-high-end glassware 3 times the price that have the same imperfections. You really have to scrutinize and look closely to even see them at all (and would have to be specifically looking for them to find them), and these are no different. These certainly aren't cheap glasses, but they are definitely inexpensive compared to many wine glasses I've bought before which had the same imperfections, so for the price you are getting a much better deal AND they are extremely pretty. I ended up purchasing the swirl pitcher and martini glasses as well ;)

Like a couple other reviewers the product arrived broken and had bubbles in the glass. I bought these glasses to give as a gift, and I would have been embarrassed had I not checked the product before presenting the gift. I love the style, they are beautiful wine glasses online. The glasses are rather large for casual wine drinking, but I guess you can put less in the glass. I am going to give this product another try by ordering a replacement. I hope the second set produces better results or I will have to go with another set.

have a new wine rack and I needed a decorative wine glass for display. the rack is black so the black swirl glasses look great

Glasses are way tooo big. Had bubbles in them and arrived broken. Very disappointed. Have to make trip to post office to return. :(
