Wonderful glasses. They *do* break, if you drop them on a hard surface. But they only break into a few pieces ... instead of a zillion. Which is less disasterous.
These are identical to some that Costco used to sell.

These glasses are beautiful & the exact size & shape I was looking for and even better at a good price!!! However, we broke 2 of them in the first couple of weeks...not as lucky as someone who said it 'bounced' off their floor. The other broke off at the rim too easily by just putting it in the dishwasher. Also, the stem is more delicate/thin than I would have liked. I plan to purchase more of these 'perfect' glasess but will use them 'inside, not outside' AND wash them by hand as I do all my other wine glasses. One other note: I almost purchsed these glasses on Overstock believing their prices were so low...but I saved even more by buying them through Amazon!!!
