Got the glasses today - 1 day earlier than expected. Unfortunately, one of the 2 glasses had completely shattered in the shipping. Very nice looking glasses, but maybe just not a good idea to buy them online. But Amazon Customer Service was great - quick phone call and they refunded my $ completely without asking me to send the broken glass back to them. Left me feeling very positive about the entire experience.

Two were given to me as gift, they looked pretty and can keep cold drink last longer. However, the egg shell thin glass is too fragile for the day to day use. Indeed, one of the glasses survived only one week before it cracked when I added ice cube into it. It is a good one if you only use it once a while, but for everyday use I would go for other glasses.

I was so excited to receive these glasses. One was crushed in the box. The glasses, while great, are made of thinner glass than expected. Concerned the others I ordered at the same time will break very easily.

This insulated glass is a marvel. It has had both hot and cold liquids in it and microwaved with no worries. All double insulated glasses are more fragile than its non-insulated counterparts. Just understand this before you buy. However, with proper care, you can pick up the glass with hot liquids without trouble. "Look mom, no handles!..."

These glasses are great. Easy to grip, no condensation, and they will keep an iced drink cold. So far we have not experienced any issues with them being unreasonably fragile. This is our second set, and the first ones are still going strong. We are careful not to throw ice cubes into them, but otherwise treat them like other glasses, including putting them through the dishwasher.

Glass is perfectly smooth and easy to handle - great for hot beverages.. do not use with ice as you could break the lining.. gave 2 away as a gift and they loved them. Unique and first rate quality for the price. Shipping was free - but took way too long to arrive.

They arrived just-in-time for the NYC Heat/Humidity Wave; they've had a workout. I give them a B- for keeping drinks cold [just what I'd expect for this system] and an A+ for combating dripping from high humidity.

This last is the clincher for me as every summer I've had to deal with my drinking glass dripping condensation over my work-space. I was hoping Thermal quality would be somewhat better, but it does seem at least 1/3rd, if not 1/2 longer 'till I need more "ice' [to avoid dilution, I freeze cubes of some of the medium I'm drinking]

They're also nicely shaped, though I'd have flaired out the bottom a bit to give them a wider & more stable base. The [seemingly] very thin walls look very attractive and, where the inside & outside are joined, the lip bulges only a bit more than I'd like. On the other hand, their attractive thinness is making me treat them like egg shells [well, not quite].

I'm rather fearfull, @ $10 ea, of pouring hot liquid in them [as advertised]. Had they specified a max temp & if pre-warming of the glass is necessary, I'd be more at ease. In any case [and I was disappointed to see no mention of this] I'm sure that a metal spoon should not be used for sturring sugar, cream, etc in hot liquids here.

Sadly, the advertised 15oz is just untrue. Filled to the very edge, they're 14oz but then you'd spill. Make it an honest 13.5, but then you're still pushing it. I do wish sellers could realize what a horrible impression these things make.

I'm still a bit imbarrased at having spent $20 on 2 glasses, tho I'm rather glad I did. I do intend to buy more as "House Gifts" when visiting friends here in our humid climate - yes, they're "Ritzy" but they also have a very practical benefit.
