This is a very nice beverage glass. The heavy bottoms help them stay upright. The shape and thickness is comfortable. And they come out of the dishwasher sparkling. I'm very pleased with these glasses.

Just an FYI -- the glass pictured here is not the "Parma" but the "Michelangelo" design by the same company. The difference is slight -- the actual Parma (which is what we got when we ordered from here) has a wider base than the one pictured. The actual Parma is fine, but not as light. (Compare them both next to each other at the Luigi Bormioli website.) I don't like it as much as the one pictured, particularly because we picked this because it looked slender enough that my (very small) hands could hold it comfortably, and some of that advantage is lost in the actual Parma.
