This toy is FANTASTIC. Although I have the English speaking toy, it still has a similar sounding Italian accent to the toy. If you enjoyed the films, I highly recommend these toys!!! Is it possible to buy an Italian speaking Luigi?

I enjoy this toy the most over all of the smack and yack disney car toys because it does not use any language that could be considered bad. I like the low rider toy just almost as much.

We bought this a long time ago, when the movie first came out before we had even seen the movie. I thought that a toy Fiat 500 would be cool. My son loved to play with it until the batteries quit working after one hard toss. It was not hard to pull the stitching out, pull the noisemaker out and pull it out of it's stitched up bag. The battery cover is removable with a Phillips screwdriver and the three button batteries are readily available from Target. After replacing the noisemaker it was easy to stitch things back up (and I don't even sew!) and there you have it, a working toy again. Sure, the batteries are not meant to be replaced on Luigi and the other Smack and Yack plush cars, but it's just not that hard to do. Yes, he's small and not a pillow but I recommend Luigi and by association the other Cars character toys in this line.
