I've been collecting Luis Royo's artwork for many years, and always get his calenders. This is one of his best and hottest ever. The theme is Oriental fantasy. The book he did, Dead Moon is the source for these images. The story of Dead Moon (it's an illustrated short novel) is tragic and awesome in every way. Read Dead Moon and get the calender. You will love it for all of 2010 and for years to come.

I have yet to find someone who can even approach Luis Royo at dark erotic art. I don't know how he does it, but he's one of the best, and I have yet to see a bad picture from him.

This review is from: Art of Luis Royo 2010 Wall Calendar (Calendar)
I've had a Luis Royo calendar for the past 9 years and every new image fills me with wonder and longing to know the feelings of and stories behind the people in Royo's paintings. He portrays so much emotion in his art. The 2010 calendar is a change of pace for Royo, with influences of Japanese geisha and samurai embedded in these paintings. It's refreshing and always a joy to see new Royo art. Highly recommended!
