This CD set has made it through 2 children so far. My 4 year old still requests it be played every night before bed. This CD is very soothing, and even just laying in bed as I read the kids stories, it make me sleepy listening to it! Highly recommend!!!

What you get with this set is two CDs of soothing music in a sort of New Age style. I certainly wouldn't recommend putting these on while you drive, but they're perfect for playing in your baby's room at night. Most tracks feature some kind of nature sounds (babbling brooks, birds, etc.) along with a basic synth/flute arrangement. Each CD is about 50 minutes long, so if you want this to play for longer you'll need to do some programming.

Our son loves these, which is to say that if we put them on while he's in his crib he doesn't cry or fuss over them. I think that's about all you can ask for from CDs like these.

Our baby listens to these CDs every night before bed and we think they are the main factor in getting her to sleep through the night.
