My 18 month old daughter has enjoyed this book immensely. She loves looking at the beautiful watercolors and pushing the buttons on the media player. I really appreciate having all the words (and tunes!) to so many different lullabies and soothing songs. I've sent this book to several friends who are expecting, and they have all raved about it. I look forward to reading this book with my daughter for many years to come.

The music notes and the text are separated, so for the songs that I didn't recognize (which were more than half), I had a hard time piecing the notes and the words together. Would have preferred the lullabies to be more similar to sheet music. Also, the lowest volume setting is still too high, so I had to tape over the speaker to dampen the volume a bit. Overall, price paid is commensurate with the product received.

Unfortunately, I can't say anything about this book because Amazon sent me TWO of this book with corroded batteries. Why won't the shipping staff make sure this book WORKS before sending it out? Once again, I have to request for a replacement, print out the return shipping label, go to the post office and drop off a package. I thought Amazon.com made shopping easy. This was for a gift for my friend's baby in Japan. My friend wanted her baby to learn some English lullabies. With my trip around the corner, I can't wait for another shipment. The concept of this book is great, though. I really wish I could have enjoyed it. The art is fine. I wish the lyrics were a bit bigger, though. Isn't it hard to read? I took pictures of the inside for reference.

I bought this for my son and daughter-in-law when they had their first baby as they wanted to sing lullabies to her but didn't know the words and melodies to very many. This book has the lyrics to lullabies and when you press the button that corresponds, you hear the tune. The score is also there so you can play it as well.

I knew the audio wouldn't be great. It's a speaker in a book, of course it won't be high quality! That being said, this is far worse then I had expected. I don't know most of these songs so I was hoping to learn from the book but the combination of not being able to make out the audio and the separation of the words from the music bars make it nearly impossible for me or my husband to follow along. Our little girl loves it when we sing to her and we are happy to oblige but this book remains on the shelf collecting dust.

My baby and my spouse and I CANNOT live without this book!!! My baby LOVES this book since he was born. He loves music, and this book certainly fosters music time. The book includes audio music, music score, lyrics, and some illustrations. Now that my baby is 8 months, he sits, turns the pages, and waits for the music to come on!! The illustrations are beautiful, and the music selection (and minor improvisations) is great. Since he likes this book so much, we have reading time with the lyrics. I have given this as gifts to many friends who adore this book as well!!

I didn't grow up listening to most of these lullabies, but I have heard some of them before in passing so it was nice to have a book that contains all the lyrics and the music to remind me of how it goes. It is hard to sing a long to some of the songs, though, since it sounds more like a midi player than a real instrumental piece.

i bought this book for me and my daughter when our grandaughter was born. we use it all the time. it puts little annabelle to sleep like a charm if she is tired. now i am buying them for gifts for all the new babies i know. couldn't be without it.

The beautiful artwork is the real steal here. I bought this for my 16 month old goddaughter and she completely connected with the illustrations. I've bought it for all my friend's kids to universal praise!

I was very pleased to find that the book came with the tunes being playable when you click the right control. It was a good selection of songs to give my sister for her new baby.
