I bought this 19 years ago for our oldest I would rock and cradle her to sleep listening to it.6 years later her brother came along he too was rocked to sleep with it.our new 15 months old got his copy when he was 1 week old.
I hope my children will pass it along to there kids very soothing music for liitle ones soft vocals.

I had this one and the other Lullaby Magic when my girls were little. My daughter went to college to California all the way away from the east coast and was having a hard time sleeping while during stressful finals. She tried everything. I found these on amazon since you can't download them anywhere and sent them to her thinking why not give it a try. Funny thing, the first night she loaded them into her iPod, she slept like she did when she was a baby. Funny how the brain works. But they worked then and work now in a pinch. I am betting she will use for her babies someday too. :-)

I first used this CD with my children over a decade ago. They loved it at bedtime. Now, I purchase it to have for my grandchildren and as gifts for new mothers. Joanie Bartels has a great talent for children's music. Highly recommend all of her CDs.

We had these lullabies for our children on cassette tapes and when I found them on CD for our grandson I was thrilled. My son, our grandson's father...was so excited to play them and he started singing with the tapes...word for word..to his son. It was a beautiful moment!
