No problems with the seller. My only issue with the products is my own fault in not reading and understanding the hand grips description. They state "split" hang grips. The word hang is perhaps a typo error for the word hand. But the description "split" is just that. they split open instead of enclosing your crutch handles. Kinda cheesy having to wrap them in tape to keep them mounted. Wish they were sold "intact" (closed loop) and I could split them (cut them)with a utility knife later if needed. Not sure why anyone would want them split in first place as you normally would unscrew handle wingnuts and adjust grips to proper arm lenght anyway. Tape makes them usable so money was not wasted.
Again, my fault for not understanding word "split".

Don't buy this item! The major problem with this item is that the crutch handles are split and fall off/ are awkward to the touch. The tips are fine and the top is acceptable, but the handles are extremely problematic. Long live crutch users - keep the faith, you'll be walking in no time! Hopefully.

Delivery was on the earliest expected date. The quality is excellent. My only disagreement is with the design of the hand cushions. They are a split design so I had to secure them with zip ties

This product is total crap. The hand grips have to be taped to keep from popping off, the outer tip ridge split in less than a week and the shoulder pads began to rub off on the first day! Surely, Amazon can find a better distributer for the products used by the disabled people who need them.

The seller REALLY needs to note that these contain latex. If you are allergic--like me--it makes for an unpleasant surprise when you open the package. Thank goodness for Amazon's return policy!

These accessories are fantastic for revitalizing an old set of crutches. Eventually even with the best set of crutches the padding will wear out. These replacement parts will help keep crutches more comfortable. These pads are easy to put on.

Very disappointed with the handgrips of this product. They came split inwhich I find totally rediculous! Pricewise...excellent. Other items in package...excellent. Would buy again for the rest of the parts because it was so reasonable.

After about two weeks of use these replacement parts began falling apart. Holes in the ends of the arm pit pads were first. I weight about 190 lbs... Soon after the arm pads began developing holes. The bottom rubber pieces began punching through and scratched up our wooden kitchen floor before I noticed the metal had went through them... I have never had replacement parts fall apart so fast..My usage of crutches is very limited due to my disability.. Being on a limited, income I am just sick these parts fell apart so quickly.. My original crutches pads lasted for roughly a year.. Other pads I had bought lasted nearly 8 months.. .. I would not recommend these replacement parts to anyone...
