We were not able to get the chair back to sit up straight. We are hoping that over time the fabric will relax or stretch to allow the back to sit fully upright instead of leaning forward at a 10 degree angle which makes it uncomfortable to sit in.

Item arrived ahead of scheduled delivery date and well in time for Christmas. This one was for a 13 year old granddaughter that fell in love with it as soon as it was opened. Seems well made and speakers work well (Loud).

I am positive I already reviewed this product so forgive me if this is repetitive. The chair arrived in a very timely fashion and was in good shape except for a slight tear at the top. It was alot bigger than I expected and is quite heavy. So if my daughter sits in it and leans all the way back it does tend to tip over. She's only 5 so she's still a bit small for it I guess. Overall the shipping was very fast and other than the rip the product came in great shape.
