I've looked for this stool everywhere, and Amazon, hands down, had the lowest price. I liked the style and color (while it is silver, it's not super shiny silver, so it matches well with gray/grayish tones). Because I wanted to receive the stools quickly, I opted for quick shipping, and as promised, Amazon delivered within the agreed to window. The packages arrived at my door (I ordered 3 of these) in unfavorable condition....2 packages were dual packed - the actual item packed inside a box and the entire box was placed in another larger box. 1 item was shipped in the 'inner' box only. All boxes arrived in damaged condition and at that point, I was skeptical anything made it in one piece. Upon inspection, the 'dual packed' items were ok (thankfully). The third item was not. It arrived with a severely cracked seat which was unusable. I promptly called customer service and they resolved the issue quickly. Replacement item arrived.....in the same packaging. I thought here we go.....and yes, the item was also damaged. Disappointed and frustrated, again I called customer service who again were extremely helpful. I'm just not in the business of running back and forth to mail things back. I like the stools...alot....just wish some of the drama could have been spared with a little extra care on the packaging.

Also, I would caution that I'm uncertain of the stability of the stools. While they work great for me (I am petite) I'm uncertain on the hydraulics and support for larger individuals.

The size of chair is very comfortable, and easy to assembly, also adjustable high which is very convenience for me, it is a very good product.

This stool was much cheaper than available in stores. It is higher than I wanted, at its lowest level, however, it is so well made, I couldn't take it apart to return.
