nice glasses, they have a waterford quality to them. the problem arose with shipping, insufficient packing materials. every time i recieved a shipment you could hear the tinkling of the glass as ups handed me the package. it took 2 seperate orders to get 12 large and 14 short glasses!

The three stars are for the shipping otherwise I would have given a five star rating. Due to the manufacturer's packing, four of the glasses were broken. Amazon shipped another box for free but they too arrived with four broken glasses. However, between the two shipments we had a full matching set.
The glasses are well designed. My wife finally has a matching set for our guests. Very nice.

The glasses were beautiful and I am quite happy with them. However, the packaging was totally insufficient, and I had to return one set as they were broken. The second set arrived with also a broken glass, but I made the decision to keep them rather than go through another return. Your packing of fragile items like this needs much more padding/filling.
