I LOVE these Glowby barrettes! I already own several different colors.

HOWEVER....

The photo for this item showed it with a jeweled barrette - which is what I wanted! Because there was NO written description the only info I had to go with was the photo.

What arrived was the plain black barrette. This was NOT what I ordered and expected - I already had that!

I probably won't order from this company again as that seems like false advertising to me!

I purchased 7 of these hair pieces. None included the pictured Barrett. When I called the company, they offer a return at the cost of $7. This company needs to be taken off the site, or offer the Barrett to all those they have misled.
