In this recording of a weekend workshop based upon a course of miracles, Williamson works on bringing the mind alive in ourselves and in our dealings with others. Meditations, prayers, lectures and exercises are augmented by audience question-and-answer sessions. The sessions are predominantly unedited and could be used to simulate the weekend seminar or listened to in parts. As always, Williamson's enthusiasm and charm lend themselves to her talks and captivate the audience. Although the course of miracles stresses a "god" presence, Williamson explains that this can signify different things to individuals. Williamson also presumes that listeners are knowledgeable about the basics of human potential exploration. Having nearly 5 shoeboxes full of Marianne Williamson tapes, I've definitely heard my share of her lectures. Though they all offer their own gift, the Luminous Mind Workshop is unique in the fact that it is interactive and very powerfully created. Marianne Williamson has a way with an audience, and it is evident in this collection. I guarantee it will be worth the green, as are all her tapes and books.
