My doctor recommended this unit, though I doubt he actually bought one. Not learning the power adapter was optional until after I got the unit is a definate negative.

Had got this for my husband,it was a bad choice -didn't inflate and gave an error reading.Though it looks sturdy-would recommend investing some more and buy something that works
