I wanted a black brace [[ASIN:B00025H1QY Lumiscope Criss Cross Black Back Support] so I bought this in a size Large which was too big for me so I gave it to my brother. However, the quality looked good and was comparable to others that I own that were more expensive. With braces like these, it is natural to have it taper in front (see other review) maybe to make it easier to get on and off? I plan to buy another one in a size Medium. I bought the Large initially since that was the size of one I was fitted for at the doctor's office. It's a good idea to measure before ordering!

Excellent back support, highly recommended for lumbar issues. Don't wear it too long if you have stomach or reflux issues though, because of course it needs to be tight to support the back properly. Easy to adjust, good product.
