Will the Lumix Micro 4/3 s Lens's fit this camera? I zoomed into the top image and the lens mount looks very similar

Not really. Even if you could find an adaptor, you would lose AF and you would have a circular picture as the image circle of the m43 lens is smaller than the Fuji sensor.

No. You cannot use a lens that is designed for a smaller sensor (m4/3) on a body with a larger sensor (APS-C). It only works the other way around.

No it will nit. Though it may look similar these are different mounts and will need an adapter. I wouldn't use 4/3 lens on aps-c sensor, you will lose part of sensor area.

Unfortunately, while the mounts do look similar, Lumix Micro lenses will not fit the Fujifilm body. There are a few screws on the inner ring of the body that prevent any such lens to be used with the x-pro 1. I suppose you could try to remove these screws, but that would not only void your warranty, it could also damage the camer in an unforeseeable--yet deeply regrettable--way.
