4.0 out of 5 stars The best part of the anime, November 16, 2005
This review is from: Lunar Legend Tsukihime, Vol. 1: Moonlit Archives (Audio CD)
I do not exaggerate, the music is definitely the best part of this anime. Though the art is very well done the story was disappointing on several levels. This review however, is about the music.
There are some amazingly beautiful tracks and some nicely exciting ones to balance the soundtrack. Choral, string and electric elements are all used to full potential. The final verdict? Buy the soundtrack, miss the anime.

5.0 out of 5 stars Very Nicely Done, February 4, 2011
Amazon Verified Purchase(What's this?)
This review is from: Lunar Legend Tsukihime, Vol. 1: Moonlit Archives (Audio CD)
First, I would say I thoroughly enjoyed the Anime from which this music is taken. Second, I purchased it solely for Track 1-The Sacred Moon only to find nearly a dozen other tracks that while, not quite as moving, made the purchase well worth it. At a minute and thirty-four seconds "The Sacred Moon" is the possibly the most fun you can have in such a short period of time. It is deep, vibrant, and room-filling all at once... it's only downfall being that it wasn't a longer piece of music.

If you're a fan of the series, you have to get this CD. If you're not a fan, get it anyway then slip on a good pair of headphones, close your eyes, and fall into a world that's stirring and drags you deep into it's clutches.
