I originally heard of this company one night when I couldn't sleep. I was flipping through the channels and I stopped and heard about this. I like the idea. A company pairs up people based on a bunch of different characteristics. The people meet for lunch and see if there is any chemistry. There is a limit to how many dates a person goes on. I have no idea how they come up with it.

This book is an awesome reference for someone who is new to an area. There are several books for various states, counties, ect. From the reading, I'm going to assume that each book has the same basic "filler" information, but different restaurants listed.

Granted, all the information in the book can be found on the internet if you are willing to do some digging. Having already done for you is very conveinent. All the restaurants and entertainment sites are mid to upper scale. No dive bars or hole in the wall places.

I think this would be a good gift for someone who is moving somewhere new. Or, it could be used to generate dating ideas, ect.
