I really love these containers! The Eco (green) is the largest size of the lunchbots. As other reviewers have said it will hold a really large salad and leftovers. The Uno (blue), is perfect for holding a good sized sandwich made with most commercial sliced breads including some of the "homestyle" whole wheat types that tend to be a little wider in shape that your average white bread loaf. The Pico (yellow) is smaller and is a divided container; I wish they offered a version without the divider because I think it would be a perfect size for a serving of potato chips and would keep them from getting smooshed. I cannot comment on the Duo (orange) as I have not purchased it since it is a divided container like the Pico. (For me, having the interior space divided in half limits its capabilities and possibilities.) But here's the really nice part- the Pico fits inside the Uno which fits inside the Eco. So you have 3 containers in the space of one! When you have limited storage space like I do, this is a definite bonus. All of them clean up easily and look great. The lid fits tightly, but not so tight that you have a hard time getting it off. It's a great product and I like being able to have my food in something that isn't plastic or a throw-away.

This is one of the larger containers from the lunchbots lines. The lid fits well on the container and it appears undentable and that it will be very durable over the long run. I typically use it for a large salad and often put dressing/tomatoes in the salad. No problem with staining of the stainless steel from the contents, and it cleans up easily. It would also be good for larger type of lunch items like pasta or a stir fry with veggies. I was concerned about leaching of nickel and chromium from stainless steel with acidic items, but there are plenty of studies that you can find published on the internet that indicate this is not a concern.

I bought this container so I could compare it with some of the other lunch containers on Amazon. I have a stainless steel lunch container with metal arms that hold the lid on, but it has quite sharp edges, and I like this one better. I send sushi and tomagoyaki and rice with toppings in this, and it works great. It's easy to clean, and doesn't take up much room in a backpack. It's plenty of food if you pack it full of sushi rice and rice toppings. I send a Bora Bora bar on the side, some apple sauce and some veggies, and my son is totally happy. It's a really nice size, and if you want to separate items in the dish, I recommend plastic sushi grass- keeps the various things separated nicely, and I also use small silicone baking cups to hold items as well.

hmmm- it won't let me add a link. So if you want to see the pictures of this and other Amazon lunch containers full of various lunches, google "A year of lunches"- my sopressata roll up was the first link that came up for me.

I love these LunchBots! I ordered 2 of them! They are high quality and it is completely obvious from the moment you unwrap it.

This is the largest size I believe and it certainly holds a good amount! I am going to buy the set of various sizes and will NEVER go back to earth destroying, unhealthy and toxic plastic bags!

The food remains perfect and there is zero alteration of taste. And clean up is a snap!

I love that these are available and that they are pretty reasonably priced - especially when you think of how much you will save by not buying plastic baggies! These will pay for themselves in no time!

But the health benefits and Eco benefits are MORE than worth the price!

I HIGHLY recommend!!

this canteen style lunch box is very roomy and yes it will fit man-size appetite worth of food. Mine arrived already with chipped lid, small defect, but what can one expect from made-in-china products?!? would like to see better ones made here in america.

I can fit four of these perfectly into my lunch box. Or two of these for cold food (sushi, PB&J, cereal, fruits, nuts, veggies) and two 16 oz Thermos Nissan Food Containers for hot food (soup, meat, pasta, rice, dim sum).

Thermos Nissan 16-Ounce Stainless Steel Food Jar

Now just keep in mind that my lunch box is actually a tool box.

TB-109 Portable Metal Toolbox

I work 10 hour shifts. Overtime carries me to 12, 14, & 16 hours. I carry plenty of food. I don't have the luxury of a full hour for a sit down meal. Every few hours, as opportunities arise, I grab food from the trunk of my car and munch away. I heard that it was healthier to eat small portions, often; as opposed to stuffing yourself with large meals and then waiting until you're starving before eating again.

And as for you big eaters, well, you'll be able to carry a lot of food for one big meal. I can see it now.....a bunch of burly construction guys sitting around a jobsite, eating sushi & dim sum out of their toolboxes. Enjoy, Bubba!
