This is a book for cooks who are not attached to the absolutes of the traditional cookbook. The author gives you a general idea of what you need to create the suggested lunch and a general outline for doing so. You get to take it from there (something I appreciate). This book was a total waste of money. The sub-title is "nutritional and creative ideas", and that's exactly what it is-- ideas. There are barely any recipes. The author should be ashamed of herself for publishing this.

This is a book for cooks who are not attached to the absolutes of the traditional cookbook. The author gives you a general idea of what you need to create the suggested lunch and a general outline for doing so. You get to take it from there (something I appreciate). If you need traditionally set-up recipes this isn't a cookbook for you. If you appreciate gentle guidance, give this book a try. Oh yes, there is a lot of good nutritional information too.
