I returned this item because it mounted to a chrome plastic strip on my grill with two face sticky tape. The Chrome piece was held to my truck with two small clips. There is no way the wind would not tear both the deflector and chrome plastic strip off. The two face tape probably works well on other models, but because of the placement of the grill it does not work well on the 08 GMC models. No problem with returns on Amazom, so thats a plus.
