Directions1 Cup Lundberg Christmas Rice, uncooked; 2-1/2 Cups water or stock; 1 Tbsp butter or margarine (optional); Salt to taste. Rinse rice. Put all ingredients in a pot with a tight-fitting lid. Bring to boil, reduce heat, cover and simmer for 45 minutes. Do not remove lid. Remove from heat and allow to sit covered, for ten minutes. Fluff with a fork. A rice cooker may be used with the same rice-to-water ratio. Yield: 3 cups.
