Lundberg Jubilee is a colorful aromatic blend of several brown rices, grown by the Lundberg Family in Richvale, California. All the varieties of rice have their nutritious bran and germ layers intact.

Sweet Brown Rice, Short Grain Brown Rice, Long Grain Brown Rice, Whole Grain Wehani Rice, Whole Grain Black Japonica Rice.
1 Cup Lundberg Jubilee; 2 Cups water or bouillon; 1 Tbsp butter or margarine; Salt to taste. Rinse rice. Put all ingredients in a pot with a tight-fitting lid. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, cover and simmer for 45 minutes. Do not remove lid. Remove from heat and allow to sit covered for 10 minutes. Fluff with fork. Serves 4 to 6. A rice cooker may be used with the same rice-to-water ratio.
