At Whole Foods they sell a rice salad which I really like but it's $11 a pound !! so I decided to make it myself. That is how I became familiar with Lundberg Farms. This blend or Countrywild will do. Simply cook the rice as directed then stir in 1/4 cup of chopped pecans and 1/4 cup of golden raisins after removing the rice from the heat. Leave it covered for 10 minutes. It's delicious.

Our favorite rice blend by far, this mixture of brown rice grains is nutty and flavorful without any extra "scents" like jasmine, etc. or tastes that other grains could contribute. Just plain old tasty, healthy rice. Perfect with some stir fry or a roasted chicken breast. Cooks well in the rice cooker.

The Jubilee blend is one of my favorites from a caring grower. The Lundbergs take excellent care of the land, much better than the other Northern California growers. Great nutty flavor. So good that you can just have it plain...and cold!

This rice blend is wonderful. It is very hearty, but the taste is fairly delicate and complex. My husband who does not like brown rice, was really taken with this rice. I have served it plain as a side dish to meat or fish, and also it makes a really lovely foundation for stir fried vegetables. We're looking forward to trying Lundberg's other brown rice blends.

Lundberg Jubilee is a blend of sweet brown rice, short and long grain brown rice and colorful red and black whole grain Wehani and Japonica rice varieties which are also very round and short-grained. This product looks very pretty in the package and cooks up nicely.

However, I bought this rice as a rice to eat with stir fry dishes and, in that capacity, I developed the opinion that this product doesn't have the amazingly appealing scent and texture that the Lundberg long grain rice has on its own.

I will try cooking some rice salads with this Jubilee rice blend because, as some of the other reviews have pointed out, that's probably a good way to put this rice to its best use.

From using this product, I have learned that for use as a side dish with chicken, stir-fry, etc. I think that long grain rice is a preferable choice.

This is a nice blend of rice. My family eats rice everyday as one of our primary grains and I try to use as many different varieties as I can so it doesn't get boring.

Since I've stopped eating wheat products, I've been experimenting with a lot of different rices. This one (along with other Lundberg blends) is by far my favorite. The chewy texture and nutty flavor come out perfect every time.

I am a loyal purchaser of this rice blend. What's not to love? It's healthy, supports eco-farming, tastes great, and the best part is it's moist and you really can't burn it. No need for a special rice-cooker with this blend. Near perfection!

I first bought this not knowing what to expect. We love brown rice since we do only whole grains for the nutrition. This is excellent in flavor and a wonderful blend. The basic way I use it is in chicken stock/broth (low sodium) with a Tbsp of butter while cooking. Wonderful!! Highly recommended!! I had difficulty finding it locally... so I am very glad to find it online in even larger quantities!!!
