This wild rice is the best. It's clean, pops open easily when cooked, organic. I make mine with chicken stock, vegetable stock, or mushroom stock and it may take a little longer when cooked with the mushroom stock. Try it with a little lemon juice, butter, salt and pepper. Terrific. Elegant.

This is by far the BEST wild rice I've ever tasted!!! I love wild rice and after trying this brand, I stocked my pantry full of it! It cooks beautifully, nice and al dente. Tastes nutty, rich and fresh. You won't be disappointed.

Excellent wild rice at a very good price. Wild rice is sometimes hard to find at the grocery stores, and the people at the health food stores sometimes don't know what it is. Ordering this wild rice is convenient.

It's not easy to find organic wild rice(is there such a thing as organic wild?). This is a great product at a very good price. Shipping was quick.

I have not been able to obtain wild rice by itself in my local supermarket and the one in the health food store although a little better in quality is double this price. Very happy Amazon carries it and you can always trust this brand for quality.

This is wonderful tasting wild rice. I carefully followed the directions, because I had never cooked this before. It came out perfectly and I loved the nutty flavor. I'll buy more when I run out of this!!!

Actually, technically, wild rice is not really a rice (look it up on Google!)....but hey!, it is delicious. Has a really nice earthy, almost nutty flavor. Stays somewhat firm and doesn't get goo-ee.

When I used to cook my (organic) brown rice, I would usually use beef or chicken broth for the liquid.....which I did here the first time. Now, no longer....it spoils the wonderful, natural flavor of this (non) rice.
