Recently while driving across Southern ontario , listening to a local jazz station , the radio host said "here's a little selection that'll get your blood moving " Oliver Jones with a Rick Wilkins arrangement of "Just the way you look tonight"...Thankfully I wasn't on the 401 , cause I had to stop the car to take album notes . This piece is outstanding . About 10 days later my CD arrived , and it was more than I expected . All the selections are masterfully performed , and the arrangements defy description .
Rick Wilkins ,who arranged the songs for this album,has placed Oliver squarely in the center of the music , and filled the rest with a who's who right out of the Rob McConnell band , the music just soars .
Of particular note are two Oscar Peterson originals ...."We Will Love Again" , and "Why Think About Tomorrow" .Wilkins arrangements , in particular the chord structure with strings backing Oliver's flawless piano is so right it may move you to tears .

Every jazz collector should own this album . Cut in the mid 90s the music is still as fresh today as the day it was recorded .
This is truly "JAZZ Comfort Food " for all .
