4.0 out of 5 stars A College Professor With Sparkle, November 1, 2005

(REAL NAME)
This review is from: The Lutefisk Ghetto: Life in a Norwegian American Town (Paperback)
Art Lee was one of my college professors. This book is exactly like his lectures. You'll feel what it was like to be alive at the time. He was too young to be drafted during World War II. This book tells you of his adventures (good and bad) and his memories (good and bad) during this time, all set with the Norwegian community in which he lived as the back drop. An easy, enjoyable read, but you will go away learning something about life in a small town in the U.S. during the "big" war.
