Great price for these expensive upgrades. Used to be over $30 for these....now they are much more affordable. With Amazon prime, they are a real steal. Easy to install as well. I still have no idea why the 5 gang/unit model costs triple this one or 5 times a single or double unit.

It's exactly what it says... These Lutron faceplates look great however they feel a little cheap.. They are not the easiest thing to pull apart and sometimes they take a while to set o to get the entire faceplate flat. Would recoimend over any standard plate though on aesthetics alone.

There aren't many 3-Gang+ wall plates with a clean - hidden screw connection. I didnt find any at my local home depot or Lowe's stores. The unit is made up of two pieces. One piece is mounted to the switch or receptacle using two small screws for each screw. The fitting is tight and there is no wrong way (top or bottom) to connect the piece. The second part is the cover that snaps over the unit that is screwed onto the switch. Its quite difficult to separate the two units and several times I found myself using a flat head screwdriver to detach the two pieces. This should be easily re-engineered by the folks at Lutron as there are other brands that easily detach themselves. The overall look is very nice but the only reason I purchased this particular unit was due to the lack of competition in this 3-gang market. There is no reason why a piece of plastic without tight tolerance requirements should cost this much.

I bought this critter for a project but used it to replace an existing panel with, dare I say, "Exposed screws." Now I will have to buy another. These critters are all but impossible to find locally at any price. Evidently there is not that much demand for three holers; three light switch electrical box face plate that is.

It installed under five minutes. I was surprised to find I needed a phillips screwdriver.

This is an economical way to touch of class to the whole house.

This triple gang (three light switches in the electrical box) face plate is a must if you are installing Lutron switches, pretty much no other plate will work with these switches. Remember to break off the side tabs on the Lutron switches for a three gang installation

This wallplate is a two part deal. The instructions show placing your finger nails between the two pieces at the top of the wallplate and then prying them apart. The back plate is fairly soft plastic that screws into the Lutron switch. Painfully, Lutron chose to use countersunk Philips head screws for this purpose. Just about everything electrical or light switch is a flat blade screw. There is an open slot so you can still screw or unscrew the switch itself (the switch screws are included with the switch).

Once the baseplate is attached to the switch, the final dress cover snaps on.

The plastic looks very nice. The effect is very clean, not seeing a screw to hold the wallplate in place.

OK, these look great, but the extra piece underneath is one more thing to screw in, and the face plate itself is extremely difficult to remove. I had to take this off to reach the reset tray at the bottom of the switch. What a pain. I give it five stars for beauty, one star for user friendliness, to average 2 1/2.

Almost did not buy these based upon a few of the negative reviews, but am SO glad that I did! They are fabulous and look awesome compared to the covers that show the screws. I plan to order more and complete my whole house with them. Highly recommend!

Received the item I ordered, but this was not the three-gang Claro wallplate I was expecting. Didn't know that the Lutron Claro wallplate comes in two models -- this style (Claro model CW) which is glossy with square-ish sides, and challenging installation (is almost impossible to separate the front decorative faceplate); the other style (Claro model SC) has a flat-satin finish with rounded edges and simplified installation (the front plate comes off much easier).

I bought these to continue converting all my plates to screwless. Once you start you will do all visible plates as the screwed ones look horrible after using these. I like the Lutron design a lot more than the other brand. I shows the two pieces on the sides, but that makes it much easier to snap on and off, and they mount to the switches abnd sockets more easily.

Looks great and easy to install. The back plate makes it a snap to adjust your device(receptacle, switch, etc) level and flush. Especially if the drywall isnt cut tight around the box, or the box isn't flush which is often the case.
