Sturdy Appearance and Easy to Install
After trying the Leviton 80311-SW 3-Gang Decora Plus Wallplate Screwless Snap-On Mount, White and finding it to look very chintzy I went with the Lutron and was very happy withe the results. Pros: It's easy to install Contemporary screw-less look Sturdy Appearance Cons: None

'Oversized' is a false claim
I bought this specifically because it claimed it was oversized because the handyman who cut the switch hole into the wall of the house I bought got a bit cut happy and made the vertical dimension of the hole too big. The actual dimensions are identical, not a mm more, than a standard 3 gang plate. I ended up carving my own out of oak, which btw turned out beautiful I'm...
