I bought two different shirts from Luvable Friends. Both shirts are well made, with sturdy stitching. The cotton is thicker than most t-shirts and after several washes has not shrunk.

I bought this to fit a 17-inch Build-A-Bear Magnificent Monkey. The 0-3 months size fits perfectly, except it's a bit too long (which I expected, I'll just hem it.) It is very well made, stitching is sufficient to give a lot of wear for a real child. It's very cute.
