Every now and then I come across an album by accident that makes me have a little more faith in a dying music business. It's no longer as simple as turning on the TV and seeing new bands and their music videos, now we have to dig for the music we love. Pandora is what introduced me to this band and I am so greatful for that. My mind was instantly blown when I heard the vocals of this album. It can be compared to other bands but I truly think that this band stands on their own as a breath of fresh air to the hard rock/metal community. At times it is very reminiscent to Mudvayne with a hint of Tool but each song displays elements that make them Gemini Syndrome. This is in no way shape or form "Just Another Band", these guys are in this to make a name for themselves and with the right support I see that happening. If you like your hard rock with harsh vocals mixed with beautiful soaring choruses and some of the cleanest musicianship I have heard in a while then Gemini Syndrome is for you. There are good bands still trying to make it people, we just have to work harder to discover them \m/

I've been a fan of this band since March of 2013. I have been patiently (ok... impatiently) waiting for the CD release since then. LUX did not disappoint!! You will not be disappointed! Gemini Syndrome's sound is unique. Aaron Nordstrom's vocals are hypnotic, bone chilling, and serene all in one. Gemini Syndrome is destined for Stardom. Every song on the LUX CD is great. If you have come this far, What are you waiting for? Go ahead and buy it today. You can thank me later!

This is my first album by this band and I really love it. The lyrics are heavy yet there is a sense of serenity about them. I think Mourning Star is one of the most profound songs I have heard in awhile. I have been in a slump musically for quite some time, but Gemini Syndrome has helped pull me out of it. I would say I can't wait for the next one, but to me that would imply I was getting bored with this one.

I had never heard of GEMINI SYNDROME before listening to this album, and I have to say I am really surprised. This sounds a lot like FIVE FINGER DEATH PUNCH with more melodic vocals and layered electronics, therefore giving them a unique sound. Even though the lead singer Aaron Nordstrom was a touring guitarist for that awful band named OTEP, he has FAR more vocal talent and well-written lyrics than anything that Otep Shamaya will ever be involved with. My favorite songs here are FALLING APART, TAKE THIS, PAY FOR THIS, and BASEMENT. If you want a band that is going to become one of the top dogs of the genre in the next few years, then definitely take a listen.

I was lucky enough to see Five Finger Death Punch here in 13'. One of the opening acts was Gemini Syndrome, which @ the show I was greatly impressed. I found them to be an amazing band, and their live performance kicked Arse! Day after the show I purchased this LP and was hoping I'd find more than one. It's been in my car, or on my stereo a lot since the show. Hopefully a lot more great music to come from these guys. Recently I read in a music review that FFDP hand picked this group for their tour, I definitely see and hear why!
