Ok, not great,

There isn't a cut-out for the light sensor in the top left, contrary to the picture on Amazon. The plastic is actually sticky, whereas covers I've used in the past were some kind of static cling attached, making re-application difficult and prone to having dust issues. Also, the instructions that come with the film say to clean first with the supplied dust-free cloth, but no dust-free cloth was provided. All that said, after it's applied, it works just fine.

Well, I had no problem with bubbles, this was the first time I've ever applied a screen protector. Mine had the cutout for the light sensor. I'm not sure how long these are supposed to last but I've just applied my second one, the first lasted about 5 months before the top corner started to lift off and then got some dust which made it not adhere any longer. I'm pretty sure the reason for this is my silicone case. When I press the unlock button the case moves a bit and over time I think it caught the screen protector more and more until it lifted off the screen. I would not hesitate to buy this again.
