Has anyone with broken and or damaged pieces gotten a straight answer if Amazon is going to have replacements? They told me they would over the phone, live, then sent me an email saying they would not.
I would try again with a different customer service person. If that still doesn't work it may be because Amazon recetly settled the lawsuit with the company that originallly created this lamp since they copied it exactly. The only way may be to exchange it or get a refund.
